Larry Cohn is Vice President, Sales and Marketing of HSMG, a Western Integrated Systems Company, a firm he started in 2002 and sold to Western in 2012. He is currently Treasurer of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of AIIM, Treasurer of The Orange County Chapter of ARMA, as well as a board member of may charitable foundations in his city of Orange. Larry has industry certifications of ERMp and Capture Professional to go along with his over 30 years in the technology field.
Larry graduated from California State University, Northridge and was a founding member of its Business Alumni Chapter. He is a proud father of 4 as well as a grandfather of 3.5 grandchildren.

Toni Lewis is a Sr. Project Manager at Provision Ministry Group in Irvine. She began her career as a high school English teacher but has been in project management for nearly 20 years. She managed many projects at Evangelical Christian Credit Union and then at First American Financial Corp. before accepting a position at Provision Ministry Group. She received both her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Project Management Professional certifications in 2015 and currently focuses on business process improvement and IT implementation projects.
Toni has served on the board of AIIM GLA since 2008 and was chapter president from 2011 – 2013. She was awarded the AIIM Distinguished Service Award in 2013 for her contributions to the chapter. Toni is an enthusiastic football fan, active member of her church, and dedicated mother of three.
Internet Marketing Chair – David Foster
Trusted Advisor to clients in purchase, implementation and ongoing support of Process Automation systems specifically for premise and web based Document Management and Workflow. David has been a respected industry professional since the early 1990’s and in 2012 started Intelligent Content Solutions, LLC (http://www.icontentsol.com) where he performs multiple roles as Sales Representative, Business Process Consultant, Systems Integrator, Solution and Product Designer, Client Account Manager, Project Manager, Technology Researcher, and Technical Support. Designs, installs, deploys and supports process management systems that integrate enterprise workflow, document management, electronic signing, trusted transactions, and XML based user interfaces.

Char Garon has been in sales and marketing for over 25 years. Working for both large and small organizations, she has provided solutions for Document Management Systems (DMS), Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECM) and Web Content Management Solutions (WCM), as well Record Information Management (RIM). Char joined the local chapter of the Association of Information and Image Management (AIIM) as a Board member over 9 years ago, when it was restarted to provide content management education to organizations in Southern California. While working for Kaizen InfoSource, a Records Information Management (RIM) consulting company, Char joined the local chapter of ARMA (OCARMA) as Program Director. Char has held this position for 4 years, helping to bring new and interesting educational programs to the OCARMA membership. In addition, Char had also taken on the role of Hospitality Director for the monthly meetings. In 2015, Char was named Chapter Leader of the year for OCARMA.
Research and Analysis Chair – Kori Tran
Kori is part of the Operations team for Optisource Technologies, Inc. — a document imaging, data conversion and data hosting company in Orange, CA. She has managed imaging projects for clients from various industries such as government facilities, aerospace (commercial and military), food, entertainment, and amusement parks. She recently joined the Greater LA chapter of AIIM and decided to dive right in by volunteering as a board member.
Logistics Chair – Ernst Gangnes
Ernst has been in the document imaging industry for 12 years and has been on the AIIM GLA executive board for 8 years. At Tier Five Solutions he consults clients on document management and going paperless. Specializing in Education, as well as local government he has worked with countless organizations and takes pride in watching them go from all paper to paperless. Tier Five focuses in backlog scanning and microfilm conversion services, Enterprise Content Management solutions with “Cirrus” Cloud, along with E forms and Workflow solutions. All Board Members at Large must attend at least three events annually and participate as an event producer at least once every twenty-four months. They participate in Board meetings and conference calls while helping to determine the direction and goals of the chapter.

Rick Nalle is a Director in KPMG LLP’s Forensic Technology Services practice based in California. Rick has over twenty years of experience in project execution and client service delivery. He communicates across the entire KPMG Forensic organization to coordinate multiple projects and quality assurance. Rick is most often the first point of contact to identify client requirements and he ensures that the most appropriate KPMG resources are assigned to projects so that all client needs are met. Prior to joining KPMG in 2006, Mr. Nalle served in engagement management roles at litigation consulting and electronic discovery organizations. In his career, he also served as a technology and operations executive for Virgin Digital Studios (now a part of Liberty Media), Fox Entertainment and the Walt Disney Company.
